Esporta Services Limited seeks qualified candidates to fill this role
Job description:
• Sales and operation Management
• Coordinate all activities and ensure smooth running of the hotel (Front desk, Laundry etc.)
• Ensure all sales enhancing activities such as excellent ambiance, Conducive environment, and scintillating hygiene.
• Setting and achieving sales and profit targets;loyalty Card Management
Ensure 0% fraud in loyalty card management
• Customer Service
• Ensure customer are attended to properly by your front desk officer
• Ensure the company greeting slogan is enforced
• Ensure customer are not delay unnecessarily before they check in or out of the hotel
• Develop an excellent customer relations system where customer needs and complaints are solved quickly.Staff Management
• Ensure proper opening procedure in line with (TIMP) principle
• Planning work schedules for individuals and teams;Ensure absolute compliance with checklist
• Ensure staff discipline and compliance and guidelines and in cases of non-compliance ensure the case is reported to HR
• Ensure supervisors adhere to procedures in the management of hotel.Supervise work at all levels (receptionists, room service, house keeper, laundry etc.) and set clear objectives
• Facility Management
• Ensure all facilities in the hotel are functional
• Ensure the highest level of hygiene.
• Report promptly any breakdown in equipment, follow up to ensure repairs are carried out within 24 hours
• Ensure generator is functional and the availability of fuel at all times so as to prevent the breakdown of operations due to power outages.
• Reporting and Documentation
• Ensure the availability of reports on the hotel
• Manpower issues
• A comprehensive report on the hotel management monthly.
