Responsibilities:
• The Customer/Social Media Communications Officer will be part of the communications and marketing team, attending to customers directly, resolving their concerns and complaints. The Customer/Social Media Communications Officer would spearhead the customer relations innovation, delineating the best ways for the company to relate with her customers.
• He or She would:Ensure that the customers are well attended and satisfied Ensure that all complaints are handled in a professional manner, and are in line with our regulatory and internal processes and guidelines
• Thoroughly investigate complaints and identify the root cause and best outcome
• Collate and maintain information
Qualifications:
A degree in Marketing, English, Mass Communication or any related subject and a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in customer service relations, creative content development, web related marketing.
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Customer Service Focus
• Excellent Telephone Manner
• Well motivated and proactive with the ability to work without supervision
• A team player who can demonstrate initiative
• High attention to detail
• Approachable, empathetic and considerate
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), Excellent knowledge of social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook
• The ability to analyze and research information
• Experience of working within the digital media sector is desirable but not essential
