Job Description
The business venture of Perfect Score LTD bothers mostly on financial transactions, tax, legal issues, customer and personnel management.
We require a secretary that would ensure the seamless interplay of these functions.
Responsibilities:
The secretary would
• Handle correspondence, maintain diaries and arrange appointments
• Provide legal advice
• Provide support to committees and to the board of directors
• Manage contractual agreement with clients
• Type, prepare and collate reports Organize and service meetings Liaise with relevant organizations and clients
• Ensure that the Company's policies are up-to-date
Qualification:
Degree is ideal with knowledge of accounts, tax, insurance and office management.
2-3 three years corporate experience is desirable.
Required Skills:
• Excellent computing, secretarial, interpersonal, team-working and verbal/written communication skills
• Diplomacy
• Meticulous attention to details Good numerical, organizational and time management skills
• Interest in business
